Green home, Inc. first started in 1999 and has continued to succeed as the longest lasting environmental store and resource center on the internet. Located in the Richmond District of San Francisco, our main office is still technically in the original garage space, although there is a mystical spaceship atmosphere within the garage as we suspend ourselves in the endless universe of the internet in search of better ways to improve our planet.
In the beginning there was a simple question "What does it mean to be Green?" This expanded to extensive ongoing discussions among some of the nations' foremost environmental scientist, writers and thinkers. Evolving in the image of Green Home's founder, Lawrence Axil Comras, these discussions transformed into a useable collection of information and eco-friendly products for everyone to have as an all-in-one green resource on the web.
Brought together through an extraordinary series of serendipitous meetings, this core group continues to attract like-minded others while evolving and expanding across the country to educate and supply every household with natural eco-friendly product options for the good of our planet.
